What I collect
Your email address, but only when you opt in to the free 5-Day Strong Start or the membership. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about which pages and content perform. If you click an affiliate link, the merchant or network may record that click to attribute a commission.
How I use it
To send you the 5-Day Strong Start and membership emails you asked for, and to improve the content. That's it. I don't sell or rent your email to anyone.
Sign-up is double opt-in, so you confirm before anything is sent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and I honor it right away.
Payments
Membership payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy terms apply to the checkout.
Third parties I use
Cloudflare (email routing and infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and affiliate networks (Sovrn, Commission Junction, ClickBank) for the gear links. Each has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and affiliate links
Affiliate links may set a cookie through the merchant or network so a purchase can be credited. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
